How It Works
When you join there is a one time $20 flat enrollment fee**. In addition you pay a prorated amount for the days left in the current month. A debit from your account (checking, savings, Mastercard or VISA ) will be made once a month to pay for the next month's tanning. YOU MAY CANCEL ANY TIME AFTER 1 FULL MONTH WITH A SIMPLE WRITTEN REQUEST, ALLOWING 30 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO FINAL BANK/CREDIT CARD DRAFT. NO CANCELLATION FEES.
RESTRICTIONS:
ANY NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS DEBITS are subject to $25 service charge. Saule Tanning LLC reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.
